There was discussion on the proposed budget that the mayor, José Vte. Pons, presented in plenary on November and that has been working since then. Some councilors, due to various reasons, did not have sufficient time to study it as they would have liked. About the meetings that have agreed to provide each group their proposals, nor held one of them, to coincide with a trip made several councilors to council to corroborate the situation in which the project is located in the auditorium and also to match submitting the censure motion to be voted the next day 2 at 12:00 h.
Miles Turner (num.1 PP) disagreed about the differences that had this proposed budgets over what had been discussed in previous meetings on those budgets in 2013, such as the subject of the arrangements of the urbanizations, which in current budget proposal has no endowment, which Miles Turner chided the mayor wanted to leave forgotten, another year, the residents of these housing estates.

José Vte. Pons (mayor) said Miles Turner's proposal for the settlement of housing estates was not acceptable, as the Miles proposal was to divide, equally, the cost of adapting the housing estates, between the council and the housing estates. José Vte. Pons added that they indeed could talk about is the adjustment of the main entrances, because these accesses itself that other people were using the residents of housing estates. But the technician, in any case, added Jose Vte. Pons, said it was not clear that to be municipally owned.
Anyway, added Jose Vte.Pons (mayor), there is a remnant with which these works could address.

EXPLANATIONS FOR THE MOTION
Pedro Seguí (num.3 Bloc) would ask the councilors of the opposition by the specific reasons for the motion filed on Wednesday 19 December, since, according to Pedro, there are many people in town who do not understand the reasons and would like to know the reason for this decision. Pedro Seguí asked if was for personal reasons or if they knew the reasons that had brought this motion.
Miles Turner (num.1 PP) responded that the problem is the lack of governance of the city council and in no case is by no personal motive. Miles Turner said have long been presenting proposals on the table and the government does not provide any, does not come to any agreement and ignores the proposals of the opposition, and that's impossible, "you can not govern from the opposition," said Miles, then to come here and watch the government does not listen to anything and anyone, for that, or I stay home or do something to change this situation, and that we have done, said Miles.
Pedro Seguí (num.3 Bloc) showed surprise at this motion by the lack of objective reasons, and unappreciative mismanagement nor any reason to make such a decision.

Pepe Fornés (num.2 PSOE) said that, for example, from the government on the issue of the auditorium, they have not been heard or have been taken into account in their arguments.
José Vte. Pons (mayor) recalled that PP and PSOE rejected the grant of nearly 1 million euros for the audience, and that if he, José Vte. Pons, had met their strict obligation to the minutes of the city County Council in October, everything would be over and there would be no turning back, and would have stayed Benidoleig without subsidy and without auditorium, and in those circumstances he preferred to convene an extraordinary plenary session to try to remedy the situation. And on the option to change the subsidy for other projects to create jobs in Benidoleig in Provincial Council told them that could not be done under these conditions because the works would make the council and the work would not Benidoleig's neighbors, because it leads the council, and that's why they decided to go ahead with the project.

José Vte, Pons (mayor) asked the opposition to reply to Pedro Seguí's question about the reasons the motion and said that if it's a personal matter, to put you tripped him but not put it to Benidoleig because in these issues, said Jose Vte.Pons, who always pays the town.
Pepe Fornés (num.2 PSOE) said that the people pay nothing, and the only thing that is paying the people for a month and a half are the voyages of the mayor to work, and we are all paying the gasoline and locomotion with the car's municipality, because the mayor had failed and car was using the Town Hall car.
José Vte. Pons (mayor) has recalled that, personal car, nine and a half to serve the people. Pepe Fornés (num.2 PSOE) was asked if all this time the town has not paid or is anything that has been available in the city hall.
José Vte. Pons, wanted to remember that your car is like that of Pepe and I bought at the same time, and you just have to look them in the two to understand what he was saying. And if you have to pay something, he pays as the first, but wanted to emphasize that the car has been to serve the people for all these years, and that does not come to mind, adding José Vte. Pons, who reply to the question that has Pedro Seguí (num.3 Bloc).

Pepe Fornés (num.2 PSOE) recalled that while the PSOE and the PP lower taxes by 10% so that the people will not leave so prejudiced, the mayor is dedicated to insult in the Canfali and say that they are some mariachis, crooks, etc. then added Pepe Fornes, "who look here for the people?". Pepe Fornés (num.2 PSOE), said there are many more reasons for the censure motion and they all read them in plenary.
José Vte. Pons (mayor) and Pedro Seguí (num.3 Bloc) commented that those reasons are not enough to make such a decision and are disproportionate and unjustified.
The discussion then moved to the proposed early councils of the legislature when they tried that all local government involved.
Miles Turner (num.1 PP) reproached José Vte. Pons (mayor) to reject their collaboration and disregard any of their proposals and not be delegated among all municipal areas. Mayte Far (num.2 Bloc) said that what is wanting can not be done by only one part water, one can not be parceled council.
Pepe Fornés (num.2 PSOE) complained that currently only made available to opposition areas "surplus" and that it is difficult to reach agreements.
José Vte. Pons (mayor) replied that this was not so, that had not excess councils and Fornés Pepe understands what he wants understand.

Pedro Seguí (num.3 Bloc) asked the opposition if they had thought about the impact of the agreements and decisions they are making, referring to the motion of censure, as the senior leadership of the parties did not approve and that can have consequences when applying for grants etc. .. doors are closed to the town "do you think that they lend us a hand when we ask something?, do you think that the town is self-sufficient in order to get everything that has been achieved, the school, the town hall, the music school?, do you think that we alone can get all these things? "we, referring to Benidoleig, we are not self-sufficient.
Pedro Seguí (num.3 Bloc) added that unilateral behavior of the opposition come back around to the people in a negative way "and we will pay all". Pedro Seguí said that, in his opinion, are not doing well and are not happy leaving hardly anyone, only those closest to them and that small discrepancies arise as break the covenant.
Pepe Fornés (num.2 PSOE) disagreed with this approach Seguí Pedro (num.3 Bloc) and said that this is not so and that there is nothing to be frightened or anything, and that time will tell.

Pepe Fornés (num.2 PSOE) responded that they have gone too far and that I should have thought of that before….
